Principal's Message
Dear H. W. Byers Parents and Community,

As principal of H.W. Byers High School, it is my pleasure to welcome everyone back for what I hope to be is another great yea. We are all excited to have our students back in our classrooms and hallways filling them with energy and enthusiasm for learning. The mission of H.W. Byers is to ensure that students are college and career ready, and the vision of our school is to empower students to achieve their full potential and succeed as life long learners. At H.W. Byers High School, we have great teachers who spend hours planning and creating lessons that are interactive and engaging for the students. We all believe that our students should graduate from high school prepared for the demands of postsecondary education, meaningful careers and effective citizenship.

We hope that you will find our website helpful and informative. Our monthly newsletter will be released during the times of progress reports and parents and/or communities can also view this information on our website.

In closing, I am honored to serve as the principal of H.W. Byers High School. It is truly a privilege to be a part of a community where parents, teachers and students care for each other and strive to build positive relationships. Please feel free to contact me at 662.851.7826 ext. 102 or at clesure@mcschools.us.

SchoolBlocks offers a unique and powerful personalized search system. A member of the public, searching for "homework" might see an announcement from the school as the first result. However, if the user is logged in, they would see their teacher’s latest homework assignment as the top result.
